With this executive development program we help your team leaders remotely discover the new competencies necessary for success and learn to recognize their strengths and limiting beliefs.

In order to adapt the program to the culture of your organization, the training program is preceded by a previous diagnosis of your work model.

Program’sobjective

The general objective of the program is to advance in professionalization of corporate teleworking through training on basic knowledge and skills that allow leaders to manage change in the way they manage their teams.

What this program consist of

It consists of 3 modules with which we have tried to apply the main elements learned in our relationship with BMSC, moving from the most generic to the most specific- Each module lasts 180 minutes and is taught by our teachers, people of the highest level and experience.

A two-week chat with participants is included

The context

We will discover the new challenges and challenges of the changing environment and how they affect organizations and their talent. We will also reflect on how we can prepare to face Change management, recognizing strengths and limiting elements.

The team

We will discover new methods to get to know our teams better and apply a leadership strategy. We will also work on concepts such as High Performance, systemic innovation, open collaboration and cooperation, and predictable communication.

The person

We will discover how to train mindfulness to obtain all the benefits it brings us as leaders. We will also detect our limiting belief system to replace it with one of empowering beliefs and be able to lead our team to the next level.
